A Borrower can submit a request for escrow removal once their account meets the below criteria to have it removed. The Borrower can submit the request via the Borrower via email or by mail.
The request must be in writing.
The Borrower must be detailed about which items they are requesting
to remove from escrow. Email the request to: support@servicemacusa.com or mail to

The request will be reviewed, and a letter will be sent to the borrower.
Borrower meets the criteria to remove escrow as:
- LTV is less than 80%
-The loan doesn’t have Mortgage Insurance
-The loan hasn’t been 30+ delinquent in the last year.
*The loan is older than 24 months on a non-FNMA or FHLMC
-No forced placed taxes or insurance
-Loan isn’t in a designated flood zone
-Loan doesn’t have an escrow advance
-Loan isn’t an FHA Loan
* There is no seasonal requirement on FannieMae and FreddieMac loans.
