I have been trying to set up an automatic direct debit of my loan payment each month from a savings account and your web site says follow the instructions below to do this and I can't get to the place where I can do this.
I was in a chat session and just now the chat person just disconnected!! This web site appears to be full of bugs! All I want to do is set up a direct debit for my mortgage payment, Should be a simple procedure. Your customer services people won't do it and sent me to your web site and it seems to be a problem.
I need help please! I have been trying for nearly a week to find out how I can used this to pay my monthly morgage. Can I get some help or someone to simplify for me? Ill set-up Direct Deposit from my account if possibel. Please help!
